After growing up in a military family and finally settling in the Hampton Roads area, William (Bill) Griswold started his career in retail sales. That new beginning led to him purchasing his first business while in college. Through time, dedication and Bill’s leadership, his company developed into one of the largest stainless-steel manufacturing companies on the east coast.

 

After selling it and moving to the Richmond area and marrying his wife Patricia. Bill then started working with a handful of Fortune 500 companies; Motorola, Security Link and ADT in their commercial sales departments.

 

Having these experiences sparked several successful business ventures for Bill, including graphic design, insurance brokerage and tax preparation businesses-- some they still run today. Through having experiences in multiple facets of business, Bill has developed a keen understanding of the opportunities and challenges that come with buying and selling companies. In Bill’s free time, he can be found with his wife either hanging out at the beach or fishing on his boat.
